Located at the Bush Inn end of Riccarton Road, there are over 25 restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk, plenty of takeaway options if you'd rather eat in - even a supermarket 5 minutes down the road! We are handy to all the main arterial routes and a short drive to the city centre, hospitals, Hagley Park, museum, Te Pae Convention Centre etc.

Let us introduce ourselves. We are Sally and Stewart.  We are passionate and dedicated to making our complex as outstanding as possible.  Our Google Reviews showcase this with many comments mentioning friendly hosts, and clean comfortable rooms.  Running a busy complex is a team effort.  We love to involve the help of our granddaughters who love to polish tables when coming over for a visit.  Check out the 306 Facebook page for some fun images of the girls and our motel dog Dexter.

Sustainability is an area that 306 is continuing to improve where possible.  Tiaki means to care for people and place. Here at 306 we try very hard to follow this philosophy and hope you will join us on this journey!  As part of our commitment to the environment we recycle all of the motel toiletries through The Hotel Weka's end to end recycling programme and are always looking for further ways to reduce waste around their apartments.
