Bike Glendhu is a primarily pedal-powered mountain bike park at Glendhu Bay, a stunning lakeside location, just 10 minutes’ drive from Wānaka centre.

 

Product Description

Bike Glendhu hosts a large trail network with a variety of tracks suitable for all abilities: from the first-time rider to the seasoned pro. Progression is the name of the game at BG, so work your way up the trails and fall in love with mountain biking.

Didn’t bring your bike or gear along? No problem! Get kitted out in Rentals, with premium full suspension bikes, kids’ bikes and ebikes from Trek, as well as protective gear from POC.

Need a lift? If you’re not up for pedalling, Bike Glendhu has several shuttle options including a van shuttle to access the lower mountain, a Can-Am (ATV) boost to the upper mountain or 2- and 3-hour Unlimited Can-Am shuttle bookings. Enjoy all the downhill you can handle!

Base 334 is the off-grid hub at Bike Glendhu where you’ll find Ticketing & Retail, Rentals & Workshop as well as Velo Café and Beer Garden for your pre- and post-ride eats, coffee and locally-crafted beverages.

Of course, Base 334 is also where you have your standard human necessities like parking, lavatories and bike racks.

There’s also a kids pump track for those with little legs and play areas like the sandbox and swings. The kids will be well-entertained while parents indulge in the garden!
