Our 6-hour shared day charter is designed to offer the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure in the stunning Bay of Islands. Complete with a 2 hour island stop and a catered lunch.

Product Description

Our charter departs from Paihia Wharf at 9:30 AM. From Paihia harbour, we will embark on a scenic journey out into the Bay of Islands. 
Take a seat on a beanbag up on the front deck, or lounge out in our interior saloon. Onboard our catamaran you will have ample space to move around and enjoy every aspect of sailing. As we sail, keep an eye out for marine life.

Our destination is a secluded island bay for a 2 hour stop. Once anchored, a variety of activities await; You can take a refreshing swim in the clear waters, try stand-up paddleboarding, or go snorkeling. Enjoy a self-guided hike on the island and keep an eye out for native birdlife. Or simply relax and soak up the tranquil surroundings on our floating paradise. 
A tasty catered packed lunch will be served onboard the catamaran before we sail back to Paihia , where we hope you will return alittle bit windswept and sunkissed!

Bayscapes Charters was founded in 2021 by owners and operators; Brad and Monique. 

What began as Brad's dream of a sailing charter business has become a shared reality for us. We both have a deep love for the ocean and for the Bay of Islands, a true hidden gem of New Zealand. Like many New Zealanders, we grew up on the water, spending our time boating, surfing, and swimming. Now, with Bayscapes Charters, we're excited to hoist the sails and let the wind guide us through the beautiful Bay of Islands on our day sailing cruises.
