• heated 10-meter outdoor swimming pool - open from 7:00am - 10:00pm with a water temperature kept at 25-28 degrees centigrade during the summer season and 28-32 degrees centigrade during the winter season
• 2 private geothermal mineral pools - genuine mineral water directly from our own geothermal bore and is continuous flow. Temperature may vary depending on daily bore pressure. Usually between 38-42 degrees centigrade.

Location Information

A 2nd largest area in the Bay of Plenty region of New Zealand's North Island, ROTORUA has 17 lakes which is collectively known as Lakes of Rotorua.  The city is known for its nickname, "Sulphur City" due to hydrogen sulphide emissions which makes the city smell like rotten eggs.

Rotorua is a major destination for both domestic and international tourists and is famous for its geothermal activity, and features geysers, bubbling mud pools and hot thermal springs. Fishing, mountain biking, swimming and water skiing are famous activities during summer.

One thing that's unique and exciting about Rotorua is the opportunity to experience the traditional customs, beliefs and practices of our indigenous Maori people.
