Our Freshwater King Salmon are hatched and raised in the glacial water of New Zealand's Southern Alps. They swim in some of the purest fresh water on the planet. Ice cold and constantly flowing.
The result is a clean, subtle taste and delicate lean texture.
Our shop is on the edge of Lake Pukaki, between Tekapo and Twizel in the picturesque Mount Cook National Park.
