Our "Sport" ski & snowboard range is ideal for beginner to early intermediate.   Suitable for GREEN and BLUE runs.

Performance Equipment

Know what you want ?   We got it !   Our "Performance" ski & snowboard range enables us to assist you in choosing from a number of different makes and models specific to your requirements.   Choose from our range of "Performance" brands;  > AUGMENT > Atomic > Blizzard > Dynastar > Elan > Fischer > Head > K2 > Rossignol > Salomon > Völkl > Burton > Never Summer > Rome.   Try several different models over your rental duration.   This range is ideal for intermediate to advanced. Suitable for BLUE and BLACK runs.

Departure Times

We recommend you are fitted in-store for your rental equipment the day / evening prior to your first day on the snow (your charge is from your first day on-snow ).   In doing so, you will not miss valuable snow time on your first day.

The Ski Bus is a daily scheduled service that runs from right outside our front door, to the local ski areas.

Coronet Peak:   Departs every 30 minutes from 8:00am until midday.   Returns from 1:30pm as buses fill.

The Remarkables:   Departs every 30 minutes from 8:00am until 11:30am.   Returns from 1:30pm as buses fill.

To make the most of your time on the mountain, we recommend catching the 8:00am or 8:30am bus.   Tickets available in-store.

 

Duration

Snowbiz Open Hours:   7:15am – 7:00pm (extended until 9:00pm during school holidays ).

Coronet Peak & The Remarkables Lifts Open Hours:   9:00am – 4:00pm.

Night skiing is offered at Coronet Peak; Wednesday & Friday nights, 22nd June – 2nd September, PLUS, the three school holiday Saturday nights in July:   4:00pm – 9:00pm.

 

What To Bring

We have “All you need for a great day on the slopes in one place”.   Therefore, you need bring only yourself and your family !

If you plan to use your own boots (ski or snowboard ), please remember to bring these to your in-store rental equipment fitting at Snowbiz.

Snowbiz was established in 2003 with the aim of providing the highest possible quality in ski, snowboard, boot and clothing hire.

We work hard to bring you the best models of ski and snowboard gear for rent in Queenstown.

Our skis and snowboards are all maintained (sharpened, Crystal Glide & hot waxed ) prior to each and every rental.   This is all done in our on-site ski and snowboard workshop.

Our on-going fleet replacement programme and highly trained staff will help to ensure you enjoy every day on the slopes to the full.
