Accommodation Overview

St James Apartments is centrally located in the level hub of downtown Queenstown, giving you the opportunity to wander easily amongst the multitude of shopping, dining, and adventure retailers. The closest café is a mere 30 metres from our doors and the beautiful Queenstown Garden is but only a few steps away.
You will find us set back amongst tranquil landscaped gardens and trees. We provide limited off-street under cover parking within our private courtyard. Street parking is also available at $4/hour for maximum 2 hours between 8am-6pm daily. Lift access and a dry ski & storage room will ensure your convenience on arrival or departure and during your stay with us year round. We offer a superb place to relax after a long journey, to enjoy a much-needed break, or to locate yourself centrally for your business trip.

Sixteen apartments are within the St James Apartments complex. All are quiet and have convenient self-catering and bathroom facilities. The apartments range from Studio unit to our magnificent Executive 4 Bedroom Apartment. The diverse range is sure to meet your needs. Free WiFi will keep you connected with your family and friends for the duration of your stay with us.

Our helpful and experienced staff are only too happy to help you with suggestions as to where to go and what to do in Queenstown and its beautiful surrounds. Whether you are interested in the local restaurants, wine tours, and spas or whether you are interested in adventure sports such as the world famous bungy jump, we are on hand to book any of the available activities at our friendly reception or assisting you to create an itinerary for your stay in Queenstown.

Superior Studio Apartment 

This apartment has a lounge area that has a superking bed, chairs, Sky TV and DVD/CD player. The room features a full-kitchen complete with sink, food preparation area, stove, full-fridge, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, oven, dishwasher, complimentary tea and coffee and a dining table and chairs. 
Bathroom has shower, vanity, and complimentary toiletries. This unit has a patio. Maximum occupancy is 2 people.

Executive Studio

This refurbished spacious studio is located on the first floor. On entry you are led into the lounge area that has a super king bed, Sky TV and DVD/CD player and a full Sky TV guide. The room features a full kitchen area complete with sink, food preparation area, hobs, mini fridge, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, complimentary tea and coffee and a dining table and chairs
This apartment also features a modern bathroom with a spa bath and a counter-mounted sink with under bench cabinets
Note there is no balcony in this room. Maximum occupancy is 2 people

Standard One Bedroom Apartment

All 1 Bedroom Apartments are spacious with balconies that enjoy maximum afternoon sun.
All feature a king bed which can be made into two single beds on request, and in the lounge there are two chairs and a couch which folds down into a double bed. In addition, some apartments offer a single bed or a fold out couch in the lounge.
Bathrooms have showers over baths, wall-mounted vanity and complimentary toiletries.
Kitchenettes comprise of sink bench, mini-fridge, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, portable electric hobs and complimentary tea and coffee. Maximum occupancy is 5 people

Superior One Bedroom Apartment

This apartment has a lounge and dining area with a couch, dining table and chairs, a flat screen TV and a BluRay Player. 
The bedroom has a super-king bed that can be split into twin beds when requested and there is a double pull out couch in the lounge area. Kitchen comprises of sink bench, mini-fridge, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, stove, oven, and complimentary tea and coffee. 
Bathroom has shower over bath, vanity, heated towel rail, and complimentary toiletries. 
Note there is no balcony in this unit. Maximum occupancy is 3 people.

Deluxe One Bedroom Apartment

This newly refurbished apartment has a spacious lounge and dining area complete with couches, flat screen TV with 3 SkyTV channels.
The lounge leads out onto the balcony with views to surrounding mountains and gondola.
The dining area is complete with dining tables, chairs and kitchenette with sink bench, mini-fridge, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, hot plates, and complimentary tea and coffee. The bedroom has a king bed which can be split into two single beds on request and there is a single bed in the main living area.

This deluxe apartment has a spacious lounge and dining area complete with couches, flat screen TV and DVD/CD Player with Sky TV guide.

On entry to the apartment a small hallway leads to the dining and lounge area. The lounge is made up of 2 two-seater couches, one of which folds out into a double bed. The lounge also has a flat screen TV with Sky TV, DVD/CD Player and Sky TV guide. The kitchen area is made up of a full  kitchen with hob, oven, dishwasher, and full  fridge, microwave, electric kettle, toaster,  pans, cutlery and complimentary tea and coffee.
The main bedroom has a king bed which can be made into 2 single beds on request, and features a flat screen TV.  The second bedroom has two single beds which can be put together to make a king bed.
The fully tiled bathroom has a shower over the bath, counter-mounted basin and complimentary toiletries. Maximum occupancy is 6 people.

Deluxe Two Bedroom Apartment

A newly refurbished deluxe 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment located on the first floor has a modern lounge and dining area featuring dining table and chairs and flat screen Smart TV.
